It's winter here in Indiana!

I actually had some free time on my hands this weekend and decided to go out and get some winter shots! I know it's only the beginning of winter, so there will be more to come I am sure of that!

What a great opportunity I had to photograph such an amazing woman and the little baby girl that was named after her. Marilyn (the adult) has been in the fight of her life with cancer. She is near the end of her journey and will be leaving this earth soon.

I am SO BLESSED to have gotten to know her. My husband has known her and her husband for YEARS.

What a great opportunity this was to see such an incredible life with such a new and fresh beginning with a beautiful baby girl.

The youngest of 3...and she's got two big brothers to protect her :) How sweet is that? I have 2 boys, so any chance I get to be around a baby girl I'm all over it!
